In other properties, where a car may not be essential, but is needed to explore the surrounding areas and make the most of your holiday we have given rates below.

Turkey is a vast country offering over 8333 kilometres of coastline and a magnificent range of scenery to view. Whether you wish to be this ambitious to take on at least some of this taking in some of the many historical sights, visit the villages to be found off of the beaten track and discover the delightful bays and coves that Turkey has to offer, the choice is yours and a car is the obvious way to do this.

All the cars provided are air-conditioned with radio cassette players and are serviced and maintained to a very good standard. All vehicles will be either 2006 -2007 models. In addition to this, the local supplier offers a 24 hour emergency service for your peace of mind. We have worked with this supplier for many years and they are well tried and tested by previous clients.
All cars are given with a full tank of petrol and should be dropped back full, or a charge will be levied.
Drop off and pick ups
Cars are collected and returned at either Bodrum Dalaman or Antalya airports and for any delivery or drop off for night flights there is a £15 surcharge.
You must ensure that you check the vehicle over before accepting it and please note that it is common business practice to leave a blank credit card slip as receipt for the vehicle. This will be returned to you when you deliver the vehicle back at the end of your holiday.
Any traffic penalties including parking fines must be paid by you.
If you do not want to have a car for the entirety of your stay, we can arrange car hire locally for a day or however long or short a time you wish. Details of how to book will be provided in your arrival information and payment is due until you collect the car in your resort.
You must be at least 21 years of age and held a full licence for one year. An additional driver can be added to the agreement for an additional £15.
Our prices include unlimited mileage, comprehensive insurance in compliance with Turkish law, CDW and government tax.
We must emphasis that this insurance does not cover windscreens, tyres headlights and the underside of the vehicle. Separate cover is available at the cost of £5.00 per day, payable in resort direct to the car hire company.
Car seats and booster seats are provided by Turkey a La Carte at a cost of £12 per week. These are limited and must be pre-booked when you book your holiday.
Our local agent will fit them for you but final responsibility to check the fitting before using lies with you. All cars are fitted with front and rear seat belts and it is compulsory for front seat passengers to wear seat belts whilst travelling.
The roads can be busy during July and August but, this aside, many visitors find driving much easier than anticipated!
Much investment has been made in improving national roads and crawler lanes have been made to allow cars to pass the slower lorries and tractors. Many roads are dual carriageways and are well signposted. You will be given driving instructions to your villa at the airport to help you on your way.

Please note that if driving yourself directly to your villa, house or cottage you will be supplied with driving instructions, emergency contact details and other useful information to get you started at the local, arrival airport.
This maybe particularly useful if you are arriving late at night, unfamiliar with driving abroad or just want to let someone else take the strain for your first day.
